Advantage 6:

--According to the feedback from the market and users, timely optimize the product to meet the product performance and reduce the generation of condensation water in the intercooler.

        During the process of pressurization and intercooling, air undergoes two steps: heat absorption and heat release. During the heat release process, once the water vapor in the air reaches the dew point, it will precipitate water, which is called condensed water. Especially during the rainy season and high humidity, the amount of condensed water will be relatively more. A small amount of condensed water in the intercooler is normal and will not affect the use generally.

        When users find a large amount of condensed water in the use process, they often think that the intercooler has leakage fault and require after-sales service personnel to replace it. If the after-sales personnel are inexperienced, they will make a wrong judgment and cause unnecessary losses to the intercooler manufacturer.

        According to the market feedback, the products with high misjudgment rate of three guarantee parts in the market shall be rechecked and connected with the technical personnel of the main engine factory, and the number of heat exchangers shall be properly adjusted on the basis of meeting the performance to reduce the generation of condensate in the intercooler.
